Come and join our program for beginners on the 8th Feb 2020. Taking you from little or no experience to a successful 10km run in 8 weeks!
Early morning walks becoming gentle runs on a Monday and Wednesday morning and a Saturday event slightly later. Be mentored and encouraged every step of the way by some of our passionate runners who want to spread the enthusiasm and grow our community.
Come and join in the fun and enjoy the social side of running.
Free for all members and R200 for non-members.
