For runners just starting out, joining more experienced runners can be intimidating so we’ve got a special group just for beginners who don’t mind going a bit slow.

If you’re starting running there is nothing more important than consistency. And it’s easier to be consistent if you’re having fun. Runs should be easy even if that means walking from time to time.
